ACE TECH Inc. warrants to the customer that the products purchased by the customer shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship and in working condition for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of shipment from ACE TECH Inc. Scratches, blemishes and discoloration will be inherent with refurbished equipment and will not be judged as defects in material and/or workmanship. ACE TECH Inc. will repair or replace at ACE TECH Inc.'s sole option defective products, provided:
 

• The products are given normal care, and used in the proper and intended manner;
   
• ACE TECH Inc. is promptly notified upon discovery by the customer that a product is defective and ACE TECH Inc.'s technicians have also determined that the product is defective, then an RMA shall be issued;
   
• Upon ACE TECH Inc.'s examination of the products, it is determined by ACE TECH Inc. that the defect did not occur as the result of an accident, act of God, misuse, neglect, alteration, improper installation, unauthorized repair or modification, or improper testing by the customer;
   
• Any unauthorized change or modification made to the product or removal of warranty label shall result in immediate termination of the warranty;
   
• ACE TECH Inc. will ship to the customer, overnight, at ACE TECH Inc.'s expense, a part or parts to replace the defective products provided the above conditions are met.

In no event will ACE TECH Inc. be liable for any loss, damage, or expense directly, indirectly or consequentially arising from use of any product or products separately, or in combination with any other equipment, or from any other cause.
